Know More About us

At Design District, our team of eight innovative architects and their diligent work has made us a permanent home for the creative industries. We are a collection of 16 meticulously designed buildings, set in the heart of Greenwich Peninsula. We offer you economical spaces, extensive facilities and acquiescent leases, everything is precisely designed to help creative Londoners thrive and achieve their creative ventures.

What Spaces Do We Offer?

From multi-purpose work space to service studio, from on/off offices to ground floor spaces, to renting entire floors or building all in just £5 per Square feet. Whether you want to book meeting rooms, events spaces or even a rooftop basketball court. Or require a creative co-working space like clean studios and dirty workshops or a photographic studio. You even rent a food hall for both food and sport, we got you all covered.

The brief to the architects was to create a space where they feel their creative work-spirit can resonate, therefore they highlighted a space with natural ventilation, high ceilings, north-facing lights and pedestrian movement for a healthy and happy workplace. The project’s unique and exhilarating approach involved each practice working in a silo, masterplan by HNNA founder Hannah Corlett and overseen by Knight Dragon head of design Matt Dearlove
